We would only rent the Barn to an attached 'group' with the Cottage.

Address: 12 Espie St, St Albans. [On hill behind Pub, just behind Shahzada Vetting area, very short walk].

Parking for 4 cars, unfenced paddock and water for horses.

Costs:
Cottage - A$120.00 per night Friday, Saturday, negotiable for the whole week.

Barn - A$60 per couple [double beds] per night, negotiable for the whole week.
